The Northern Conference is a unique one-day experience of how to embed Servant-Leadership into your organisation, your part of the organisation or into yourself.

You will learn more about the compelling nature of Servant-Leadership in today's world and you will go away with an servant-leadership action plan (SLAP) which you will design with the input of your fellow delegates and the presenters.

This will be a very pragmatic statement of what you are going to do.

And there is a 6-month follow up with the opportunity of getting help and support in making your SLAP a reality.
