  • What is Servant-Leadership?

Servant-leadership is a way of running organisations. Servant-leaders achieve results for their organisations by giving priority attention to the needs of their colleagues and those they serve. Servant-leaders are often seen as stewards of their organisation's resources (human, financial and physical).

  • How can I get involved?

Throughout the year The Greenleaf Centre for Servant-Leadership UK hosts a number of workshops. These short workshops or conferences usually focus on a specific topic for learning and discussion. See the events section for more information of upcoming workshops.
